Glass fusion
The high temperature allows the glass fragments to re-weld together, giving rise to a new sheet, varied in color and texture. Voluminous shapes can be created by bending and curving sheet glass with fire, including metal parts and air bubbles or coloring it with oxides and enamels. For glass fusing, mutually compatible glass must always be used.
